Refund policy

14-day money-back promise
If your plan doesn't work for you, email hello@escapeplan.software within 14 days of a payment and we'll refund that payment in full. You don't need to give a reason. Please send the email address you paid with, or the receipt Link emailed you.
- One-time plan: the full price.
- Weekly plan subscription: any monthly payment made in the last 14 days. Tell us if you also want us to cancel the subscription; we'll do it for you.
- How long: we send the refund within 2 working days. It's paid through Link, Stripe's merchant of record that sold your order, back to the payment method you used, usually within 3 to 7 working days depending on your bank.
Asking Link instead
Your order is sold through Link (Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe company). You can also ask Link support for a refund under Link's own refund policy, for example if you didn't get your plan or were charged by mistake. If you're a consumer in the UK, Link gives you a 14-day cooling-off period from when you get access to your plan; give "cooling off period" as the reason (see terms of sale, section 6).
Your legal rights
This promise is in addition to your legal rights. When you buy, you agree to get your plan straight away, so the 14-day legal right to cancel digital content in the UK ends once the plan is delivered (see terms of sale, section 6); Link's cooling-off period and this promise still apply. If something is wrong with your plan, you still have your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the UK, or your state's consumer law in the US.
Payments from outside the US and UK
Dinner Plan is only offered in the United States and the United Kingdom. If a payment comes from elsewhere, we don't deliver the plan and we refund it in full; you don't need to ask.
Please contact us before disputing a charge
If something went wrong, email us first: we'll refund you faster than a card dispute takes.
