Where the prices come from
Totals are estimates. Item prices come from public price data where available (US: Bureau of Labor Statistics and USDA; UK: Office for National Statistics). Where that data has no match, we use our own estimate. Your store's prices will be different, and cupboard basics like oil, salt and spices aren't in the total.

Is this diet or health advice?
No. It's a dinner and shopping plan, not nutrition or medical advice. If you have an allergy or coeliac disease, check every label: some products have gluten-free and standard versions.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If the plan doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days and we'll refund you. See the refund policy.
Who takes my payment?
Link, Stripe's merchant of record, sells your order on our behalf: it takes the payment on Stripe's secure checkout, includes any tax in the price, and emails your receipt. It shows on your statement as LINK.COM followed by our name.
